I like to pictures and the organization to the workbook. I had hoped that it might be geared to a little older client.

I like how the vocabulary words are sorted by theme with big, simple pictures. The Syntax section should provide lots of good repetition and practice for younger school-age kids.

This book has been great for my grammar kids. The bombardment homework has gotten great reviews from parents and the kids enjoy turning the pictures into books. Must have resource.

Cool way to easily grab and copy for those kids who are working on certain concepts. Plus they get to color them which they love! Great for homework.

Lack of age-appropriate vocabulary and syntax skills is a major problem in the school district in which I work. Most of our students are from low socio-economic families and a large number of their parents have never even finished high school. My Kindergarten students, in particular, love to make their own "books" and then "read" them to others. Before we use the picture cards to make books, I use them to play a variety of games. One of the students' favorites is turning a set of cards face down (e.g. Sentence Structure: He + is + verb + ing + the + noun)and as each student in turn flips a card over, he/she acts out the sentence (i.g. He is scooping the ice cream.)and says the sentence spontaneously or in imitation. My students have learned so much new vocabulary that is not even targeted in the book! I have a Kindergarten student that is still referring to himself using the pronoun "me" when he should be using "I" (e.g. "Me want to do it."). I would love to have seen a section in the book that addressed this as well as the other pronouns he, she, they/them. Maybe next time?? Love Super Duper products; I never get enough of them!

Currently I am using the syntax portion and have found it very helpful. A great resource to reinforce sentence structure for young students with make and take options for homework!

I love this book - it has great pictures of basic vocabulary -even though the pictures are for the child to color and create a book, I like to use them for myself. I cut out the pictures, color, cut, and laminate, and then I use as therapy cards for learning the vocabulary, classifying, providing attributes, etc. We play memory, and other games to learn the words, so in that way its extremely helpful! The syntax section is great too - tons of helpful targets to help the kids learn correct grammar.

I would like to see more products in a cheaper price range. I really like many of your products, I just can't afford to buy them all. It would be nice to more products for special education teachers.. You have such wonderful products. I really like the hands on products as well as those that offer a CD for printables.

I just wanted to say I am so grateful that Super Duper continues to support SLPs by including CDs in their workbooks. I print so many homework and activity sheets so I don't have to deal with the copier, it saves so much time! Companies like LinguiSystems have lost my business because they are no longer supportive in this way. I also really enjoy the parent handouts! Keep 'em coming! I use them all the time and have told my colleuges about them!

I am an ESL (English as a Second Language) Teacher. Several of your products work great for the kids--learning new vocabulary, especially!
